She currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Special Services for the Lemoore Elementary School District, a role she assumed in July 2025.
Prior to stepping into district-wide executive leadership, Erin served as the Principal of Liberty Middle School from December 2021 to June 2025. Under her visionary guidance, Liberty Middle School achieved significant national and regional acclaim, earning recognition as a U.S. News & World Report Best Middle School, an Educational Results Partnership Honor Roll School, and securing multiple prestigious "School to Watch" redesignations. Her impactful leadership at the middle school level culminated in her selection as the 2025 Kings Charter & Region 11 Middle Grades Principal of the Year.
Erin’s deep-rooted commitment to the Lemoore Elementary School District spans 26 years. Before her tenure as Principal, she spent more than 14 years as an Assistant Principal across Meadow Lane and Liberty Middle School. In these roles, she managed complex day-to-day school operations, including student study teams, academic tutoring, and student discipline. A passionate advocate for student engagement and diverse student needs, she also served as an ELAC facilitator, Associated Student Body Director, Activities Coordinator, and STAR Test Coordinator.
Erin began her career in education directly in the classroom, teaching eighth-grade history for seven years in alignment with California State Standards, while actively contributing to the District School Leadership Team, School Site Council, and Discipline Committee. Her diverse professional background is further enriched by early experiences in civic leadership and public relations, including internships and campaign support for U.S. Congressman Cal Dooley.
Erin holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Brandman University, a Tier I Administrative Credential and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
