Jordan Bilbeisi is a partner at F3 Law and chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. He advises K-12 and community college districts on a wide range of employment issues, including labor relations, negotiations, investigations, employee discipline, classifications, and accommodations. Known for his strategic and practical counsel, Jordan helps clients navigate complex and time-sensitive matters with clarity and confidence. He also serves as general counsel to several districts and regularly trains administrators and boards on topics such as contract administration, workplace complaints, and discrimination prevention within the highly regulated public education environment.
