About me
With 32 years of experience in public education, Kyley Ybarra is in her 11th year as Assistant Superintendent of Personnel, Leadership, and Development at Riverside Unified School District. A long-time leader within RUSD, her background spans roles as Director of Certificated Personnel, elementary and middle school principal, counselor, and teacher. She is the recipient of the 2024 Ray Curry Award and was named the 2026 ACSA State Central Office Administrator of the Year. Beyond systems and policy, Kyley puts people first, keeping relationships at the heart of everything she does.
