Namita Brown negotiates collective bargaining agreements for school districts using both traditional and interest-based approaches to deliver durable, effective outcomes. She advises boards on legal, policy, and public-facing challenges, aligning governance with strategic goals. As co-founder of the firm’s eMatters Practice Group, she leads on legal issues at the intersection of education and technology and co-created ACSA’s “Logged On” workshop. Namita also handles employment litigation and appears before courts and regulatory agencies. Raised in Asia by a university professor, she brings lasting insight into labor in education and values the role of teachers.
